SVG VML COMPARISON with EXAMPLES

*SVG filters effects may be different between IE, Opera and others.
SVG shows a better antialias, but several elements and functions are questionable in a vectorial concept;
while a simple gradient-fill-type as below is vectorially impossible with SVG.
VML is very expressive , and distinguishes itself by

an obvious superiority in several functions and elements,
by drawing performances, and particularly by the small size of the files and the direct HTML inclusion.
